SV Membership Chair David Boucher is pictured with Mr. Vincenzo Martino, Past President of the Portogruaro Club in Portogruaro, Italy. This is a river port city in Northwest Italy, located between Venice and Slovenia. Mr. Martino is a hospital owner and CEO. Their club is much smaller than our Spring Valley club with about 30 members, all men. David visited the Portogruaro club on May 5, 2010 and presented our banner.
